Which junXion version are you using? You can find this information by either hitting apple-i on the junXion icon in the finder or going to the 'About junXion' menu item in junXion. Please mention the full version number, including the date information.

Which OS X version are you using? Please be as complete as possible. If necessary we will ask you for a detailed system profiler report later.

Did you install sofware like USB Probe or USB Overdrive? This might 'hijack' the HID data and prevent it from arriving at junXion.

Did you install any HID drivers or software that might interfere?
