There are various ways to get support on the STEIM software, depending on your question.

First of all, there are the manuals. They come with the software, but you can also get them here:

The LiSa mailinglist is active on both LiSa and junXion topics. Subscribe here.

You can find a user-maintained list of devices with information on their behaviour with junXion here - login with user junxion and passw hidlist.

For junXion bugs, we have a Bug Report Form. Please fill in this form instead of sending an email, so we have all necessary information to research the issue.
