	Support pages   There are various ways to get support on the STEIM software, depending on your question.   1. First of all, there are the manuals. For LiSa there is a list of frequently asked questions and workarounds for known bugs: LiSa FAQ.   3. The LiSa mailinglist is active on both LiSa and junXion topics. Subscribe here.   4. You can find a user-maintained list of devices with information on their behaviour with junXion here - login with user junxion and passw hidlist.   6. For junXion bugs, we have a Bug Report Form. Please fill in this form instead of sending an email, so we have all necessary information to research the issue.   7.
