Monthly meet-up, tutorials and demos for MaxMSP and Max for Live users

Every month or so, STEIM hosts a casual meet-up for Max and Max for Live users to gather and share their work. Through these meet-ups we hope to encourage a sense of community and collaboration of Max users in the Netherlands.  Come discuss your latest work, either finished projects or works in progress, share the patches and devices you have created and get constructive support for problems you might be having. If you have specific questions about Max/MSP and Max for Live, or want to learn to do specific things using Max, then we can look into these topics together.

SuperCollider symposium 2012 will take place in London from April 12-19. Because so many of the usual SC.Amsterdam attendees are going, we've decided to move the meeting from STEIM to a yet-to-be determined location near the symposium. http://www.sc2012.org.uk/

Every month or so STEIM hosts the SuperCollider users group, a meeting place to learn more about SuperCollider, the immensely powerful (and free) sound-making software used by musicians, sound artists, and researchers around the world. The users group is a place to share ideas, inspirations, improve your existing knowledge, or just to meet like-minded audio artists in the area. Through these user group meetings we hope to encourage an open and connected community of artists using SuperCollider in the Netherlands.
