About alessandro
Alessandro De Francesco was born in Pisa, Italy, in 1981. He works between poetry and sound art, and presently attends his Ph.D. in Comparative Poetry at ENS-LSH Lyon, France. As a poet, he published on several italian and international reviews, and his book "lo spostamento degli oggetti" will be published by Anterem in 2007. As a performer and sound installation artist, he realised several projects connected with his poems, like "o.m." (Kunsthaus Tacheles, Berlin 2005), "sosta#1" (Universität der Künste, Berlin 2006), "sosta#3" (Denkmalschmiede Höfgen, Leipzig 2006), etc. He is a member of Forum IRCAM.
